Booking and payment
How do I book?
Message us with your travel dates on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. We send you a secure link, and a 20% deposit reserves your session.
When do I pay the rest?
Through the same link, on the day of your session or after it.
How can I pay?
With PayPal or Stripe. Prices are in USD and you can pay in your own currency.
How many people are included?
Up to 6 people in every package. Larger groups add $50.
When should I book?
As soon as you have your dates: the best hours fill quickly. Choose one of the first days of your trip, so we can reschedule if anything comes up.
Changes and weather
What if it rains?
We reschedule at no cost. If you have no travel days left, we refund your deposit.
Can I change my date or time?
Yes, at no cost, subject to availability.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and we refund your deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows lose the deposit.
What if I am running late?
We wait 15 minutes. Stay in touch with us: we know travel times here can run long, and we look at each case.
What about seaweed on the beach?
We remove it from your photos, at no extra cost.
Location and timing
Where do you photograph?
Usually right on the beach by your hotel. We come to you in Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Akumal and Tulum at no extra cost. Isla Mujeres and Cozumel have a $50 travel fee.
Can it be at our hotel?
In most cases, yes: many hotels have public beach access, so we meet you on your beach. Photos inside the property depend on each hotel. Some ask for a day pass or a vendor fee, and their policies change, so we confirm it together before your session.
Which locations do you suggest?
The most beautiful public beach near you. The gardens of Fifth Avenue and the streets of Tulum and Akumal are lovely too. Cenotes give a completely different look; their entrance fee is extra.
What is the best time of day?
Sunrise: about 6:30 am in winter and 5:00 to 5:30 am in summer. From 8 to 9 am the light is beautiful all year. From 5 to 6 pm you get soft afternoon light, although on this coast the sun does not set over the sea.
Your photos and your session
When and how do we get our photos?
Within 7 days, in a private online gallery available for at least one year. Every photo is edited, with people in the background and seaweed removed. Originals are available on request.
What should we wear?
When you book we send you a style guide. You can change outfits twice, or three times with Tailored.
How does the flying dress work?
We have dresses in every color, in one size that adjusts to every body. Want a color we do not have? We have it made if you ask at least two weeks ahead.
Proposals, maternity, birthdays, pets?
Yes to all. For celebrations we bring everything: sparkling wine, balloons and cake. Pets are welcome wherever the beach allows them.
Can we order prints?
Yes. Prints, albums and wall art can be ordered directly from your gallery.
Will you share our photos?
Only with your permission. We always ask first.
